Appointment policies and studio expectations

Review these guidelines before requesting or attending an appointment. Project-specific instructions shared directly by the studio take priority.

Studio policies

Age and identification

Clients must meet applicable law and present a valid government-issued photo ID. Contact the studio before booking if you have a question about eligibility or required documentation.

Consultation and project review

Some requests may require additional information or a consultation before scheduling. A consultation does not itself guarantee acceptance or a date.

Scheduling and confirmation

A date is reserved only through the studio’s official confirmation process. Form submissions and informal messages are not confirmations.

Deposits and payments

When a deposit is required, the amount, accepted payment method, deadline, and conditions are communicated before the appointment is finalized. Do not send payment through an unconfirmed channel.

Changes and rescheduling

Contact the studio as early as possible when plans change. Rescheduling options depend on notice, artist availability, project preparation, and the terms shared with your confirmation.

Lateness and missed appointments

If you expect to be late, contact the studio immediately. A late arrival may shorten or reschedule the session when there is not enough time to complete the work safely.

Guests and support people

Ask before bringing a guest. Studio capacity, client comfort, safety, accessibility, and the nature of the appointment determine whether a support person can accompany you.

Health-aware communication

Clients should use the private process for relevant safety questions. The studio does not diagnose medical conditions through the website.

Designs and creative work

References communicate direction and should not be used to copy another client’s tattoo. Custom artwork, previews, revisions, and reuse follow the artist’s creative process and the terms shared for the project.

Appointment requests

Short

An appointment request is not an appointment confirmation.

Full

Submitting the website form asks the studio to review a project. It does not guarantee acceptance, artist availability, a date, duration, design, or price. A confirmed appointment requires direct studio confirmation.
